ClaimScope for Veterans

For counties, posts and employers

Prepaid review codes for the Veterans you serve.

A code gives one Veteran a full ClaimScope review of their VA decision at no cost to them. You buy the codes; they redeem them in private. You learn how many were used, never who used them or what was in their file.

What a code buys

Decision Review code, $99

One decision letter, read in full: every issue VA decided, how strong each looks, the right review route and its deadline, pay estimates, and a letter asking the Veteran's doctor for an opinion. Includes the free call to go over the results.

C-File Review code, $249

Everything in the Decision Review, checked across the Veteran's whole claims file: every earlier decision, exam and code sheet. For Veterans with years of history or an old denial worth reopening.

Prices are the same ones Veterans pay on our pricing page. A code is not legal representation and doesn't make ClaimScope anyone's representative.

Who buys them

County veterans offices

Hand a code to a walk-in whose decision letter needs a second look before the appeal deadline, without a budget request for each one.

VFW, Legion and DAV posts

Buy a block for the post. Members redeem on their own phone; the post never handles anyone's records.

Employers and unions

A Veteran benefit that costs less than a day of PTO, and nothing about the employee's claim comes back to HR.

How it works

  1. 1. You request codes below. Pick the review and how many (up to 500). We email you an invoice within two business days; pay by card or check.
  2. 2. We email your codes. Each looks like CS-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX and works once. Print them, text them, hand them out however suits you.
  3. 3. The Veteran starts the free preview. They go to claimscopeveterans.com/free-preview, upload their decision letter (up to 25 pages) and see the issues we found. No card, no code needed yet.
  4. 4. They enter the code on their results. Under the preview there is a line, “Have a code from your county office, post or employer?” A Decision Review code unlocks the full review on the spot. A C-File Review code is saved to their account for when they upload their C-file. A code link, claimscopeveterans.com/start?code=…, fills it in for them.

What you see, and don't

On request we tell you how many of your codes have been redeemed. That is all. We never tell a sponsor who redeemed a code, what was in a Veteran's file, what we found, or what they decided to do. A Veteran's records are theirs; redeeming a code shares nothing with you.

Refunds

Unused codes are refundable in full for 12 months from the day we issue them; email us the batch and we refund the unused ones and switch them off. A code that has been redeemed is used. After 12 months, unused codes still work for the Veteran but are no longer refundable.

Sponsor terms

What you're buying. Each code is prepaid for one ClaimScope review of the kind printed on your invoice. It is a document review and education service for the Veteran who redeems it. It is not legal representation, and buying codes does not make ClaimScope or anyone at it the sponsor's or the Veteran's representative before VA.

The Veteran is our customer. When a Veteran redeems a code they agree to our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, and the review is delivered to them alone. Their results, records and decisions are theirs. Sponsors receive a redeemed count and nothing else, and we won't confirm or deny whether a particular person used a code.

No strings. You may not make a code conditional on a Veteran sharing their results with you, using a particular representative, or taking any action on their claim. Codes may not be resold.

Refunds and expiry. Unused codes are refundable for 12 months from issue. Redeemed codes are not refundable. We may switch off codes we refund. Codes don't expire for the Veteran, but if we retire a review product we'll honor the code with the closest current review or refund it.

Pricing. Codes are sold at our published price on the day of the invoice. Price changes don't affect codes already issued.

Our limits. ClaimScope reads records and explains what it finds; it doesn't guarantee any VA outcome, and the Veteran stays responsible for their own deadlines and filings. Our liability to a sponsor is limited to the amount paid for the unused codes in question.
