Find the VA errors that may be costing you benefits.
Founded by two infantry combat Veterans who became lawyers and VA-accredited attorneys, ClaimScope reconstructs your complete claim history, identifies missed ratings, effective dates, TDIU, SMC, and procedural errors, and shows the strongest lawful path forward—with every conclusion linked to your record.

Beyond finding conditions. We audit what VA actually did.
Many tools can summarize medical records. ClaimScope is designed to connect the record to each decision, determine whether the correct benefit was considered, and identify the procedural vehicle that preserves the most recovery.

Experience behind the system

personally representing Veterans in VA claims and appeals
$30M+
in lifetime VA cash benefits obtained in matters personally handled by a founder
Founder-reported aggregate experience. “Lifetime VA cash benefits” may include past-due awards and the calculated value of recurring monthly benefits over an applicable projected period. It is not law-firm work performed through ClaimScope, does not predict any user’s result, and is not a guarantee of benefits.

Every issue connects the VA action, relevant evidence, governing rule, potential prejudice, recommended remedy, and expected recovery period.

Built from lived and legal experience
Two infantry combat Veterans. Two lawyers. Two VA-accredited attorneys.
ClaimScope’s founders understand military service and the legal machinery of VA claims. That experience informs the system’s issue spotting, evidence organization, procedural safeguards, and plain-language guidance. ClaimScope is a self-service product; the founders do not offer representation through the platform.

Clinician-ready nexus workspace
Give your doctor a supported starting draft—not a blank page.
When the record supports a potential medical connection, ClaimScope organizes the relevant history, identifies the proposed theory, lists questions for the clinician, and drafts a nexus letter for your doctor’s independent review.
The condition and proposed service-connection theory
Record citations and relevant medical history
Questions the clinician should independently address
A clearly labeled draft opinion and rationale
A reminder to edit, reject, or sign only if medically supported
Your doctor controls the opinion. ClaimScope does not diagnose conditions, practice medicine, supply a clinician, or guarantee a favorable nexus. The doctor must review the records, use independent medical judgment, revise the draft as needed, and sign only an opinion the doctor personally supports.
The family value of 100% P&T
A permanent-and-total award may unlock benefits far beyond monthly compensation.
A spouse or child of a Veteran who is permanently and totally disabled from a service-connected disability may qualify for Chapter 35 Survivors’ and Dependents’ Educational Assistance. ClaimScope screens the record for permanent-and-total status and dependent-benefit eligibility—not merely a 100% combined rating.
$58,356illustrative maximum per eligible dependent
Two eligible dependentsUp to $116,712
Three eligible dependentsUp to $175,068
Illustrations multiply the VA’s October 1, 2026–September 30, 2027 full-time monthly rate by 36 months. Actual eligibility and payments depend on the qualifying event, each dependent, enrollment level and dates, approved training, remaining entitlement, proration, and future rate changes. VA pays the eligible dependent directly.
A payment method is required. Plans begin at $49 per month after the trial unless canceled. Page limits and any additional cost are shown before processing.
Launch status: the secure document backend is connected; sensitive-document intake and automated review remain locked while launch safeguards are completed. The readiness check stores nothing and the public sample uses fictional information.
Deadlines come first
Do not wait for an analysis if a deadline may be close.
A ClaimScope review will not extend the one-year review period following many VA decisions or the generally applicable 120-day period for appealing a Board decision to the CAVC.
