Why we built ClaimScope

We're Gabe and Erick, two founders with law degrees and one goal: making sure Veterans get what they've earned.

Gabe served in the infantry in Afghanistan and later as an Army JAG. He learned the VA process the hard way, on his own. For about ten years he's helped fellow Veterans with their claims, and he kept seeing the same thing: decisions with missed issues, wrong effective dates and benefits nobody raised. Today he's a VA-accredited attorney.

Erick, our co-founder, also holds a law degree. He keeps the business side of ClaimScope running, and he's working toward VA accreditation as a claims agent so he can help Veterans with their claims directly.

We started ClaimScope because Veterans shouldn't need a lawyer's help just to understand their own decision, or have to give up a cut of their back pay to fix it. That's why there's one flat price, a free preview and a refund promise on the C-File Review.

This work is a calling. "Unless the Lord build the house, they labor in vain that build it" (Psalm 127:1). We do our part as well as we can and trust God with the rest. Every Veteran gets the same careful review, whatever they believe.

ClaimScope is independent of the Department of Veterans Affairs. Attorney representation is offered through ClaimScopeLaw LLC, a separate law firm.
